These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you", or "your") and phlsky ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the phlsky online casino platform, website, services, and all related products offered at phlsky.cam and any associated domains or mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform" or "Service").

1.3. If you do not agree with any modifications to these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and may close your account by contacting customer support. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of modified Terms indicates your acceptance of such modifications.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1. Age and Legal Capacity

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account and use phlsky services. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to gamble under Philippine law and the laws of the jurisdiction from which you access the Platform. phlsky reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and accounts that cannot be verified will be suspended until adequate documentation is provided.

2.2. Jurisdictional Eligibility

The Platform is intended for use by residents of the Republic of the Philippines and persons physically located within Philippine territory at the time of accessing the Platform. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of phlsky services complies with all applicable local, state, and national laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. Use of the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is strictly forbidden.

2.3. Account Registration Requirements

To use phlsky services, you must register a personal account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, mobile phone number, residential address, and government-issued identification. You agree to:

• Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and at all times thereafter;
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current;
• Not use false identities or provide misleading information;
• Not register multiple accounts or allow others to use your account;
• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with any third party.

2.4. Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) account with phlsky. Creating multiple accounts, whether using different information or not, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. phlsky reserves the right to close duplicate accounts, void all bets and transactions associated with such accounts, and confiscate any winnings or balances.

2.5. Identity Verification

As required by Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) regulations and PAGCOR licensing requirements, phlsky must verify the identity of all account holders before processing withdrawals. You agree to provide, upon request, valid government-issued identification, proof of address, payment method verification, and any other documentation reasonably required to comply with Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Terms

3.1. Deposits

3.1.1. You may fund your phlsky account using any of the payment methods made available on the Platform, including but not limited to GCash, Maya (PayMaya), bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and other methods as specified. All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits as displayed on the Platform.

3.1.2. Deposited funds become part of your account balance and may be used for placing wagers on games, sports betting, or other services offered by phlsky. Deposits are non-refundable except in cases of duplicate transactions, processing errors, or as required by applicable law.

3.1.3. phlsky does not charge fees for deposits made via GCash or Maya. However, payment method providers may impose their own fees, which are the sole responsibility of the User.

3.2. Withdrawals

3.2.1. You may request withdrawal of available funds in your account balance at any time, subject to completion of identity verification, compliance with bonus wagering requirements, and any applicable withdrawal limits. 3.3. Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

3.3.1. In compliance with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements and international standards, phlsky maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) policies. You agree not to use the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.

3.3.2. Deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal to prevent use of the Platform for money transfer purposes. Suspicious activity, including but not limited to rapid deposit-withdrawal cycles without gameplay, may result in account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

4.1. phlsky may offer bonuses, promotions, free bets, free spins, cashback, loyalty rewards, and other incentives to Users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates as specified in the relevant promotional terms.

4.2. Bonus funds are separate from deposited funds and cannot be withdrawn until all wagering requirements have been met. Wagering requirements specify the amount that must be wagered (turnover) before bonus funds convert to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are clearly stated in the promotional terms.

4.3. Unless otherwise specified, bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, colluding with other players, or using betting patterns designed to guarantee profits, is strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of bonuses, winnings, and potential account closure.

5. Gameplay Rules and Betting Limits

5.1. General Gameplay Rules

All games offered on the Platform operate using certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealer equipment that has been tested and certified by independent testing laboratories including Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) and eCOGRA. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published for all games and represent long-term statistical averages.

5.3.2. If a game malfunction results in incorrect payouts being credited to User accounts, phlsky reserves the right to correct the error by adjusting account balances, including reclaiming erroneously credited funds.

6. Account Security and User Responsibilities

6.1. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including username and password. You agree to immediately notify phlsky of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. phlsky is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to your failure to maintain adequate security.

6.2. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws;
• Creating multiple accounts or allowing others to use your account;
• Colluding with other players or using unfair betting strategies;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from Platform software;
• Using automated systems, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform;
• Attempting to manipulate games, exploit software vulnerabilities, or engage in fraudulent activity;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Using the Platform to launder money or engage in other financial crimes;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other Users or phlsky staff;
• Accessing the Platform from prohibited jurisdictions.

6.3. Account Suspension and Closure

phlsky reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that the User has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. In the event of account closure for violation of Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited, and outstanding bets may be voided.

7. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

7.1. phlsky is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help Users maintain control over their gambling activity. We offer deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options that Users may implement through their account settings or by contacting customer support.

7.2. If you believe you may have a gambling problem, we encourage you to utilize our responsible gaming tools, seek professional help, or contact PAGCOR's responsible gaming resources. Self-exclusion options range from temporary periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, to permanent account closure.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PHLSKY, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE PLATFORM.

9.2. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. phlsky does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9.3. phlsky's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of deposits you made to your phlsky account during the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

10.1. Complaints and Disputes

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding the Platform, you must first contact phlsky customer support and attempt to resolve the matter informally. 10.2. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to them or the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the Republic of the Philippines, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

10.3. PAGCOR Oversight

As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, phlsky is subject to regulatory oversight by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). If you are unable to resolve a dispute with phlsky through our customer support process, you may file a complaint with PAGCOR in accordance with their complaint procedures.

11. Miscellaneous Provisions

11.1. Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

11.2. Waiver: The failure of phlsky to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

11.3. Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights or obligations hereunder without phlsky's prior written consent. phlsky may assign these Terms and any rights and obligations hereunder without restriction.

11.4. Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional rules or policies posted on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and phlsky regarding use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

11.5. Language: These Terms are provided in English. In the event of any conflict between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
